Cobb Mills is a man tortured by the guilt he bears from his daughter's death from car crash while he was at the wheel. Seven years have passed. Cobb has lost his marriage, his job and any hope for happiness. But this year when he makes his annual visit up the small town where the fateful accident occurred, he meets a beautiful young woman and it appears as if his life may finally be taking a turn for the better.
